million Baht upgrading, it was renamed Chaba Hotel with effect

Check-in/Check-out:
Check-In time is from 14.00 hrs. Rooms requiring check-in prior
to 14.00 hours will be required pre-registration
to guarantee check-in. Pre-registration of rooms will be charged
at 100% of the daily room rates and should be
requested at time of reservation. Check-Out time is 12.00 hours.
Late departures up to 16.00 hours are available and subject to availability, at 50% charge of the daily room rates. After
16.00 hours the full day rate will be applicable. Day use room
requirement should be requested at time of reservation.

Family Plan:
Child under 12 years sharing accommodation with parents in
existing bedding is free of charge, maximum one child
per room.
- Breakfast and others meals for children between 4 – 12 years
will be entitled to 50% discount.
- Maximum 3 adults sharing same room with one extra bed which
could be added in Studio Suite only and will be charged as per
room rate.
- Maximum 2 Children sharing room with 2 adults which will be
added one extra bed in Studio Suite only and will be charged
same
price as adult.
- A baby cot is available with free of charge for Infant under 3
years old.

Early Check-out:
Guest who early check-out prior to the end of their reservation
will be subject to a minimum of one
night’s room charge up to a maximum of the entire room rate for
the remaining reservation period.

Cancellation/Amendment
Policies:
Any
cancellation/amendment must be made in written notice with our
acknowledgement or email to us within Green Season (16 April to 31 October) - No cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled at least
14 days prior to arrival date.
- One night cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled
less than 14 days prior to arrival date.
- 2 nights cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 7
days prior to arrival date. High Season and Peak Season (1 November until 15 April) - No cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled at least
30 days prior to arrival date.
- One night cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled
less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
- 2 nights cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled less than 14
days prior to arrival date.
- Full charge if the booking is cancelled less than 10 days prior to
arrival date.
No Show Policy:
100% charge.
