received 30 days prior to arrival date.
- Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to
arrival date will incur a one night charge. - Peak Season (21 Dec 09 - 05 Jan 10) - No penalty will be
charged for cancellations received on or prior to 1
Nov.
- Cancellations requests received on or after 2 Nov, 50% of
the total length of stay will be charged.
- Cancellations requests received less than 45 days of the
arrival date, the full length of stay will be charged. - Summer Season (16 Apr 10 - 31 Oct 10) - No penalty will be
charged for cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival
date.
- Cancellation requests received less than 14
days prior to arrival date will incur a one night charge. •
No Show & Early Check Out: - One night penalty will be charged during
Summer and High
Seasons. - Full length of stay will be charged during Peak
Season. • Miscellaneous: - Transportation
is available upon requested.
- Compulsory Gala Dinners for Christmas Eve and New Year'
Eve are required.

Full prepayment within 35 days. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service
