are not the beach front resort as “Railay Bay Resort and Spa” where is our
sister resort. However, we offer our Deluxe accommodations with the pool
view. You will enjoy seeing the most beautiful tropical landscape and
peninsular.

and inclusive of government tax, service charges and American breakfast.
Peak Season Policy :
- Guests must stay at least 4 nights during the peak season.

check out up to 6.00 p.m. at 50% charged base on the tariff rate, for any check out after
6.00 p.m. will be charged full rate.

(visa/master card only).
Payment Policy:
- payment must be made within 10 days prior to arrival date.
Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5%
bank charge.
Cancellation and No
Show Policy:
- Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us
with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.
No Show will be 100% charged without refund.
