A deposit payment relating to the travel or accommodation price must
be made in 72 hours on booking that this web site ("we" or "us") had
confirmed customer ("you" or "your") booking otherwise booking will be
revoked. The final payment must be made at least 30 days prior to
arrival, in case of high/peak season or 15 days prior to arrival, in
case of low season. After payment the documents will be sent out by
post or by e-mail. Bank charges for money transfer have to be settled
by you. Should payment not occur within given time, cancellation and
charge of a cancellation fee will follow automatically as result.
There will be no refund and/or full duration of booking price will be
charged on no-show (failing to arrive at the booked accommodation) or
on premature departure from the booked accommodation. Also, original
documents by third parties cannot be refunded. However, you may be
charged or get some refund if you cancel your booking under the
following conditions :

1 night will be charged

working days and/or "No Shows" - Full duration of booking will be
charged
Peak Season

Cancellations more than 40
working days prior to arrival - Full Refund will be given. Only
the bank fee and credit card processing fee of 5.5% (if any) will
be levied.
Cancellations less than 40
working days but not less than 30 working days prior to arrival -
1 night will be charged
