Offering four categories of 35 specious deluxe to suite rooms, embellishing and decorating with modern setting and technology, 26” and 32” LCD television screen in all deluxe and suite, mini-compo and some age old pieces. All rooms are decked with private veranda and ceiling fan(s) overlooking swimming pool, Doi Suthep view, and the Ping River.

Remarks:

	Room rates are in Thai Baht and are inclusive of 10 % service charge and VAT.
	All rooms are non-smoking and smoking section is designated at restaurant terrace.
	Rates are inclusive of Hydro-pool treatment and Herbal Steam bat for two person per night stay.
	A Maximum of 2 children per room is allowed. One child aged between 4-8 years old: breakfast is complimentary and 50% charge for a second child age under 12 at Bht 206 net. A child aged 12 and above are considered as an adult.
	Extra person : Is chargeable at 2,000 Baht/person/night including all benefits. Extra bed is not available.
	Airport Transfer: Maximum of 2 adults and 2 children under 12 or 3 adults per car at THB 400 / one way.
	Cancellation and No show Policy : All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. In case of late cancellation or amendment for Songkran and peak season, we reserve the right to charge the entire payment. No show: total payment will be charged, we charge one-night room rate for other seasons. For Songkran and peak season, we reserve the right to charge the entire payment.
