Check-in
All guests are checked in individually. The
check-in time is 01:00 PM. Request for early
check-in should follow the following policies;
- 10.01 AM. - 12.59 PM : is depended on the Front Officer's permission.
- 06.01 AM. - 10.00 AM.: 50% of one night from room rate will be
charged for every room types.
- Before 6.00 AM. : a
levy of 1 day from room rate will be charged.
Check-out / Late Check-out
The check-out time is 12.00 PM. Request for late
check-out should follow the following policies;
- 12.01 PM. - 02.00 PM. : is depended on Front Officer or Chief Reception
permission.
- 02.01 PM. - 04.00 PM. : should ask for permission from F/O Manager or
Sales Manager.
- 04.01 PM. - 06.00 PM. : should ask for approval from general manager.
- 06.01 PM. Up
: a levy of 1 day from room rate will be
charged.
Cancellation and No show Policy : All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least
one-night room rate. No show: total payment will be charged.
Full
prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit
card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
