Remarks:

  • All the above rates are in Thai Baht, including 10% Service Charge exclude government tax.
  • Extra person charge (No Extra Bed) For 1 Pax 500 Baht include Breakfast.
    - Extra person can't put in Deluxe Cottage and Standard Seaview.
  • Pets and cooking are not allow.
  • Surcharge for Long Weekend  : 300 Baht / per room/ night
  • Child under 5 years can sharing with parent wighout extra bed is free of charge
  • Extra Mattress 500 Baht/Person/Night.
  • Long weekend Surcharge 300 Baht/Room/Night inclusive of breakfast.
  • Extra person charge (No Extra Bed)

  • Child under 4 years free of charge.
  • Check in 13.00 pm. and Check out 12.00 am.

Transfer: by Speed Boat Tip at to the resort 2,500 Baht for 1-12 person.
 Cancellation & No Show Charges:

  • Cancellation must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement within 21 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the first night rate of the period will be charged. 
  • In case of no show, total payment will be charged.
  • Early check-out is non-refundable.

Payment Policy:

  • Full prepayment within 15 days prior to arrival date.  Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
