Child Policy:
- free of charge for 1 child/room (aged under 12 sharing the same room with parents)
- Child aged 4-12, there is 50% meal charge of adult price e.g. 50% of 240 Bht (ABF).
- Child aged under 4 for meal: free of charge.
- Incase of family with 2 adults & 2 children (aged under 12), at least 1 extra bed is compulsory.

Reservation Policy: 
- 1 night non-refundable deposit within 45 days prior to arrival date for high season and weekend.  50% of voucher non-refundable deposit within 45 days prior to arrival date during Peak Season, long-weekend, Songkran, New Year and Chinese New Year.
- Room will be held until 18:00 hrs on the arrival date unless guaranteed. 
- After 18:00 hrs, guarantee by cash deposit, credit card or cheque is required.

Payment Policy:
Cash or Credit Card is acceptable. Full Prepayment must be maid within 30 days prior to arrival.

No Show & Cancellation Policies: 
No show or late cancellation is subject to 50% of voucher or 1-night charge whichever is higher. 
In order to avoid No show/cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us within 30 days before arrival date.

Credit Card (Visa/Master Card) is acceptable with 3.5% service charge.
