require a minimum stay of 7 nights and cancellation notice 75
days prior to arrival date and require full payment 70 days prior to
arrival date. Over this busy peak season, unfortunately we can only
accept rooms booked on double occupancy as the demand is so high
- Gala Dinner : A
Supplement of US$ 400 plus 17.7 service charge and VAT per person
will be applied for a New year's Eve Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 10 .

Cancellation and No show Policy:
All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or
email to us with our acknowledgement within 35 days prior to arrival
date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night
room rate per room.
Cancellation of bookings for the period
from 20 Dec 10 to 5 Jan 11 require 75 days prior to arrival date.
For cancellations made with less than 70 days notice a 100%
cancellation fee will be applied.

No show: total payment will be charged.

Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted
plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash
deposit, no booking is confirmed.
- Rules and Regulations
-Children under the age of 16 are
not allowed in the resort.
- Smoking is only allowed in
designated outdoor areas.
- Alcoholic drinks are limited to
wine and champagne, available in the evening only
- Use of mobile phones is strictly
prohibited in public areas
- Appropriate sport shoes and attire
should be worn in the gym
- Check in time begin at 2:00
pm and check out time is 12:00 noon
