ในแต่ละตึกจะมีทั้งหมด 3 ชั้น ไม่มีลิฟท์

ส่วนชั้นล่างเป็นห้องอาหารสำหรับทานมื้อเช้า
ตึกถัดไปจะเป็นห้องพักที่อยู่ตรงข้ามกัน 2 ตึก
ส่วนห้องที่อยู่ใกล้สระน้ำ จะเป็นแบบ Villa Phuket
และ Villa Bangkok
ซึ่งจะมีแบบ 1 ห้องนอน และ 2 ห้องนอน (ใกล้หาด)
ใช้เวลาเดินทางจากตัวเมืองหัวหินประมาณ 2-3 กิโลเมตร
