maximum occupancy is 3 adults or 2 adults and 1 child-under-12 years
of age registered guests per room. Triple supplement will apply for
extra person 12 years of age and above occupying the same
room. Child under 12 years of age is free of charge. Additional
Breakfast for a child-under -12 years will be charged as per the
Meal Rates. |

time is 15:00 hours on the day of arrival, an overnight rate will be
charged to guarantee check-in before 15:00 hours.
Check-out time is 12 noon on the day of departure.
Late
check-out is subject to availability on the day of departure and the
following charges may be applied: prior to 18:00 hours- A 50% of
room rate and thereafter a full nightly charge. |

Cancellation
Policy: cancellation is made in written notice with our
acknowledgement within 40 days prior to arrival date.
- Cancellation or amendment is done during 40 - 7 days prior to
arrival date, one-nights room rate is charged.
- Cancellation or amendment is done within 7 days prior to arrival
date, total payment is charged. |
