Children's Policy
Baby cot for child under 2 years is free of charge. Children
under 12 years old stay free of charge on the Sofa bed when
staying in villa only sharing with their parents. Maximum 1
child sharing room with their parents is permitted.
Children under 12 years sharing room with their parents are
entitled to 50% discount on all meal rates.
Check - in / Check - Out Policy
Check in time is 14:00 hrs and check out time is 12:00 hrs
(noon) The resort will do its best to have room available for
early arrival when notified. Late check out or day use is
available at an extra charge of 50% of the contracted rate for
each room category occupied until 18:00 hrs. A full night
contract rate will apply for use of the room after 18:00 hrs.
Cancellation and No show Policy : All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice
or email with our acknowledgement within

1 night charged if
cancelled within 14 days
01 Nov - 27 Dec
2 nights charged if
cancelled within 21 - 14 days, if cancelled within 13
day 50% of total revenue will be charged or a min of 5
nights (whichever is greater)

5 nights charged if
cancelled within 40 - 21 days, if cancelled within 20
day 50% of total revenue will be charged or a min of 5
nights (whichever is greater)
06 Jan - 22 Apr
2 nights charged if
cancelled within 21 - 14 days, if cancelled within 13
day 50% of total revenue will be charged or a min of 5
nights (whichever is greater)
23 Apr - 31 Oct
1 night charged if
cancelled with 14 days.
Otherwise, we reserve a right
to charge at least one-night room rate.
No show: total payment for the whole booking will be charged.
Full prepayment :
Visa/master Card is accepted
without additional 3.5% service charge. Without
credit card guarantee or cash deposit. No booking is confirmed.
