Terms & Conditions:

• Festive Holiday, Long Weekend and Weekend minimum of 2 nights stay. สำหรับวันหยุด ศุกร์-เสาร์ บังคับต้องอยู่ 2 คืนขึ้นไป

• Child under 12 years - FREE when sharing room with parents (max. 1 child). เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 12 ปี อยู่รวมกับผู้ใหญ่ได้ แต่ต้องซื้ออาหารเช้าแยกต่างหาก

• American Breakfast is at THB 250 per day. Additional child 2nd charge 600 Bht per day (include extra bed + ABF.
  *** (Promotion from 01 May 09 - 30 Sep 09 and 01 Oct 09 - 30 Nov 09 child under 12 year old, share the existing bed with parents Free of Charge on room only basic, ABF for the FOC Child is 150 Baht.) ***

• Extra bed rate is 900 Baht include American Breakfast 

• The above rates are inclusive of service charge + VAT + American Breakfast.

• The rates are quoted in Thai Baht.

• Check in time 15.00 p.m.

• Check out time is 12:00 noon.

• Early Check-In / Late Arrival :
  There is no refund in the event of early check-out or late arrival.

• Cancellation and No show Policy :
  20 Dec - 19 Jan : Nolater than 30 days before arrival of guest.
  - Cancellation made within 31 days of arrival, one night charge will apply.  Cancellation made within 19 days of arrival, 50% of the full length of stay will apply. Cancellation within 12 days arrival, 100% of the full length stay will apply.
  01 Nov - 19 Dec  and 21 Jan - 30 Apr : Nolater than 14 days before arrival of guest.
  - Cancellation made within 19 days of arrival, one night charge will apply. Cancellation made within 12 days of arrival, 50% of the full length stay will apply. Cancellation within 8 days of arrival, 100% of the full length of stay will apply.
  01 May to 31 Oct : No later than 12 days before arrival of guest.
  - Cancellation made within 12 day of ariival, one night charge will apply. Cancellation made within 8 days of arrival, 50% of the full length stay will apply.

• Full prepayment :
  Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
