     - Long Weekend Stay: there is surcharge e.g. 300 Baht of room rate and minimum stay is 2 nights.

       1. American Breakfast (ABF) is 200 Baht per person.

       2. Set Lunch 250 Baht/person

       3. Set Dinner 300 Baht/person

       4. Seafood Barbecue for Dinner is 600 Baht/person

       5. Child policy under 5 free of charge, 5-12 charge 50% of meal rates.
     - Up to 4 pax transfer from Bangkok 3,500 Bht/trip ( up to 2 extra people 300 Bht/pax)
     - Check - in Time 14:00 (02:00 PM), Check - Out Time 12:00 (Midday)

Reservation Policy: full payment must be made within 20 days after booking date or 20 days before arrival date, whichever is sooner. No confirmation if failure to this.

Cancellation Policy: notice at least 20 days prior to arrival date. Failure to this, a minimum one-night room rate will be charged.

No Show Policy: one night room rate will be charged.

Payment Policy: Full at least 20 days prior to arrival date.  Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.0% charge.
