Some arrive for a few days and others stay much longer. Our minimum stay is three nights but we recommend staying for at least a week to help bring about long lasting changes.

CONDITIONS OF PACKAGES

	Prices are per person in US dollars and are subject to tax and service charge, currently at 17.7%.
	Valid from 1 January to 31 December 2006.
	Three-Nights is a minimum period of stay during high season and 2 nights minimum stay for low season ( except during 24 Dec 06 - 7 Jan 07)
	During the period 20 December to 31 December, booking starts from the retreats for 7 night only.
	A supplement of US$ 250 plus 17.7% per person will be applied for New Years Eve Gala Dinner on 31 December
	All rates and inclusions are subject to change without prior notice.
	All reservation to be guaranteed by major credit card or full pre-payment.
	Cancellation must be made within 15 days prior to arrival otherwise, cancellation charge 50% of total booking will be applied.
	Policies of Chiva-Som
	It is important for us to maintain a restful and relaxing atmosphere for all our guests and in this regard we regret we cannot accept children under 16 years of age. Mobile phones are also strictly prohibited. Chiva-Som's healthy environment has been created to give everyone the best possible benefits, this is why we limit alcoholic drinks to champagne and wine available in the evening only, and only allow smoking in designated outdoor area.

	Deposit and Cancellation -Your booking is guaranteed with any major credit card. -Cancellations received less than 20 days before arrival date will incur a charge of 50% of all estimated costs. -Cancellations or reduction of stay whilst at the resort will incur a charge of 100% of all estimated costs. -Booking for 20 December 2006 - 5 January 2007 requires a full payment 70 days prior to arrival date.
