- All bookings requires cash prepayment or credit card
(visa/master card only).
Payment Policy:
- payment must be made within 10 days prior to arrival date.
Visa/master card is accepted plus 3.5% bank charge.
Cancellation and No
Show Policy:
- Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us
with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.
No Show will be 100% charged without refund.

for a group with over 15 persons is confirmed upon
full
prepayment without any refund.

และเป็นสถานที่พักแห่งเดียว ที่ง่ายต่อการเดินทางไปเยือนมากที่สุด
เพราะเพียงย่างก้าวลงจากขบวนรถไฟดีเซลราง ที่สถานีถ้ำกระแซ
ก็สามารถเดินเข้าสู่ที่พักได้ทันที โดยไม่ต้องข้ามแม่น้ำ
หรือเดินทางต่อโดยยานพาหนะใดๆ อีก หรือ หากเป็นการเดินทางโดยรถยนต์
ก็สามารถเข้าถึงริมฝั่งน้ำหน้าแพพักได้โดยสะดวก
