The above rates are net of taxes,
service charges and inclusive of ABF.
Children under 12
years old and sharing room with existing bed will be accommodated at
no additional charge unless an extra bed is required.
Meal rates for
children under 12 years old are 50% of adult's rates.

Reservation Policy: - full prepayment within 30 days prior to arrival date or other
notice.
- We accept payment by credit card (visa/master card) plus 3.5% bank
charge.
Cancealltion / No Show Policy: All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice
or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to
arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least
one-night room rate per room.
