Terms & Conditions

  1. Payment is deducted upon completion and confirmation of your booking only. You will be given a hotel voucher via email or fax. You are required to present it at the hotel upon check-in. We assume no responsibility if you do not present the voucher upon check-in. If you lose this voucher, please notify us and we will email or fax you a replacement as soon as possible.

  2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.

  3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.

  4. Any cancellations, received after the due date specified in the email or our website, are subject to a charge starting one-night room rate to total payment, unless you are notified otherwise in the confirmation email. 

  5. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a late cancellation and will incur a minimum cancellation fee of one (1) night per room to total payment, unless otherwise specified in the confirmation email.  

  6. Any changes to your reservation must be made through us and not directly with the hotel. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out or any amendment. Any problems or questions on your reservation prior to arrival or during your stay at the hotel should be directed to us. We must be notified of all cancellations within our normal office hours in Thailand from 08:00-17:00 (GMT+7).

While we makes every effort to work with the hotel which provide an acceptable standard of service and accommodation for the price paid, we hereby expressly disclaim any representation, warranty or undertaking in relation to the quality or adequacy of any hotel listed on our website.

 

Special Conditions and Cancellation Policies governing Last-minute Bookings

  1. For last-minute bookings, your credit card information is required to secure your room(s). However, we will only charge your credit card on completion and confirmation of your booking. You will be given a hotel voucher via email or fax with the confirmation which must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. We assume no responsibility if you do not present the voucher upon check-in. If you lose this voucher, please notify us and we will email or fax you a replacement prior to check-in.
     

  2. For last-minute bookings, if you check out before your scheduled departure date, the hotel might charge for some or all of the unused nights. Please contact us first if you shorten your stay and we will help you to secure the best arrangement with the hotel.
     

Any cancellation request made for last-minute bookings is liable for a 1night penalty charge or more even if the confirmation of availability has not been sent to you via email.
 

Special Conditions and Cancellation Policies governing Instantly-Confirmed Bookings

For those bookings that are confirmed instantly online, we will charge your credit card immediately. You will be given a hotel voucher via email or fax with the confirmation which must be presented upon check-in at the hotel. We assume no responsibility if you do not present the voucher upon check-in. If you lose this voucher, please notify us and we will email or fax you a replacement prior to check-in.
