| Wat Saphan Hin is expected to be at least 100 year olds but no evidence indicating when it was exactly built has been found. In the middle of the pond is situated and old church, a kilometer from the temple. Two lines of stones are used in communication between the two banks and the church. Although it is unknown when the temple was built, it is assumed to be more than a hundred years old. There is an old Buddhist ordination hall in the water, approximately 1 km. from the temple.
